Support Habitat by Planting a Tree

Give the gift of a living legacy by sponsoring a Koa Legacy Tree. For $60, you will receive a beautiful, engraved certificate and the knowledge that $20 is going to building affordable, decent homes for local families. Additionally, $1 will be donated to the The Nature Conservancy in Hawaii. The rest funds collecting seeds by hand, raising your seedling in their nurseries, planting your tree in the forest, fencing out pests, clearing invasive species, and your RFID tagging so you can track your tree. Hawaiian Legacy Reforestation Initiative  is partnering with other like-minded people and organizations to restore 1,000 acres of historic koa forest on the Hamakua Coast of Hawaii Island.
